In-stock items ship in 1-2 business days.

PRE-ORDER AND CUSTOM-ORDER ITEMS
Unless the pre-order is slated for a specific expected arrival listed on the product page, please allow a 4-6 week turnaround for built-to-order and custom-order items. This turnaround time reflects a realistic estimate that is necessary due to wait times with certain parts vendors. Thanks for your patience, as Brady Tone Electronics is a small operation.

Domestic (USA)
USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days.

International (Outside USA)
PLEASE NOTE: Due to current restrictions on specific components used in the pedals, orders cannot be shipped to EU countries.
All customers outside the United States are responsible for tariffs, customs, duties, VAT, and fees.
UPS Worldwide Express Saver: 3-5 business days.

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION
If you are local to the Akron or Canton, Ohio area and would prefer to avoid shipping costs, select the local pickup option in the delivery section during checkout. You will receive instructions on how to arrange a pickup time and location after your order is placed.

RETURNS
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
As a small business, I currently lack the necessary infrastructure to manage returns effectively.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Your device is covered by a limited lifetime warranty that covers all electronic and mechanical issues under normal operating conditions.
The warranty is void if:
• An improper power supply is used (reversed polarity or incorrect voltage)
• The device is modified by anyone other than Brady Tone Electronics
Warranty exclusions include:
• Cosmetic wear (knobs, graphics, enclosure)
• Liquid damage
• Intentional abuse (be nice to your device)
REPAIRS
If a device is defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to Brady Tone Electronics. Please use the contact form or email me (Matt) directly at info@bradytone.com and explain the issue before initiating the return and repair process.
