MUFF WITHOUT THE MUFFLE
The Sweet Cream is an homage to the muff-style fuzz distortion sound used for decades by countless players. What sets this one apart from the rest is how it keeps your guitar tone intact by removing the "muffle" associated with this fuzz. The midrange is forward instead of being scooped, the top-end presence is smooth without harshness, and the independent control of the bass and treble frequencies is much more flexible than a standard tone knob. Gain-wise, the sustain is thick and full without sacrificing clarity or definition.
Sweet Cream Fuzz Distortion
VOLUME: Controls the output volume.
SUSTAIN: Controls the amount of fuzz/distortion.
TREBLE: Right for more treble. Left for less treble.
BASS: Right for more bass. Left for less bass.
With both bass and treble knobs at noon, the frequency response is flat. If both treble and bass are boosted, the mids are scooped. If both treble and bass are cut, the mids are boosted.
