YOUR FRIENDLY OCTAVE ROBOT
Inspired by classic analog octave circuits like the Boss OC-2*, the Green Ringer*, and the Foxrox Octron*, the Octabot™ is a monophonic analog octave device that adds an octave above and below the original note. The upper octave is reminiscent of an octave fuzz, with ring-mod-like textures, and the lower octave adds a deep, rich sub-bass tone. Being a monophonic analog device, it works best with single-note lines, but playing chords produces glitchy, robot-like sounds.
